Andrew surpassed all expectations. It is difficult to express how impressed I was working with Andrew. He is a great realtor, with true honesty and concern about everyone involved in the deal. My property was on the market for six months with only one very long-shot offer that, predictably, fell apart. Andrew had an open house and had two offers in week. His knowledge of the neighborhood was solid and his network of contacts were unsurpassed. As part of the post-inspection repairs, he immediately listed out names of high-quality, and well-priced individuals who could make the repairs. His tactful skill with the building management was essential and kept the deal running whenever there was a potential hitch. When the buyer's title company was having difficulty finding an obscure piece of information related to the deed, Andrew made a call to a contact and kept the deal going, all in 15 minutes. What truly set Andrew apart from other realtors is Andrew's integrity and concern for people, which go beyond just a business deal. He never tried to exaggerate or make promises he couldn't keep. His assessments were absolutely on target. During the initial staging, a piece of older office furniture, a desk, was thrown out. As I was carrying a piece of the broken down-desk out to the pick-up site for bulk disposal, Andrew double checked no tacks were sticking out of the pieces of the desk that might stab some of the building's workers. Andrew also did a quick scan of the pick-up site to make sure nothing had fallen loose that may damage another resident's cars' tires. I knew at that moment that if Andrew cared about the building's workers and residents he was solidly trustworthy, and he is. Even before the deal was settled, I had referred his name to a contact of a friend in the hope he could work with Andrew. His business acumen and skillful handling of the deal were matched only by his honesty and character. I cannot recommend him more highly and I wish him the very best in his business endeavors and personal life.

We decided to go with Andrew after he sold another home on our block for over $25k more than the price t hat our current realtor at that time recommended we list ours. We were not disappointed with our decision to switch to Andrew. Instead of whitewashing our house, the design team at the Kerr group gave us specific recommendations that helped us update and stage the house in a way that resulted in a offer that at one point was even higher than the price we listed the house, and a close we received well beyond what we would have gotten if we had gone with our original realtor. There are other realtors that do great when it comes to the amount of sales each year, but I don't believe that we would have gotten the attention and care from them that we got from going with Andrew and that type of care gave us better results.Beyond money, we were glad we went with Andrew because he is a very professional realtor as well as a genuine guy who we came to trust.
