Meet Debbie Kaye

Realtor

Debbie’s passion for real estate began early, at the age of fifteen when her family relocated from Los Angeles to Maryland. Since a move like this is never easy for a teenager, Debbie’s family tried to help ease the transition by including her in the process of finding a new home. As Debbie went to open houses and tours, she was fascinated by the differences in homes in LA and the Maryland area. She discovered she loved home tours and fully embraced the search. Little did anyone realize that Debbie’s future career was beginning!  Flash forward to 2022 - Debbie uses her relocation experience to help her clients through the home buying process and help them stay optimistic even through hard times and transitions.

Today, Debbie is an expert in the greater Maryland area.  In addition to having lived here since high school, she now has teenagers attending local public schools, and Debbie herself taught in a prestigious local private school for a number of years. The bottom line, Debbie will work closely with her clients to accommodate their needs and find a house that’s the perfect fit for them.

Debbie’s secret talent? She helps her clients see the possibilities in a home that might not be perfect now… but has the potential to be “the one.”  Those who have worked with Debbie appreciate her strong communication skills, dedication, and determination, and love the fact that she has a fun, outgoing personality that makes working with her a pleasure.

When she’s not working, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family in Rhode Island and Vermont (at the beach or in the mountains). You also might find her watching her son play high school football or daughter cheering on the sidelines, or walking her Bernedoodle “Braxton.” Debbie also loves spending time with her husband, kids, and dog in the backyard or enjoying drinks on the deck with friends.
