Donna Kerr Group, recently named the #1 independent brokerage in Maryland by Real Trends rankings, is seeking a talented marketing professional to serve as our Client Attraction & Client Relations Resource Manager. Play a critical role in supporting the business development of our firm by generating a steady stream of client conversion opportunities and managing overall lead generation and client communications programs for the firm.

We are looking for someone to run our lead generation and marketing efforts from a metrics-driven perspective. This Client Attraction Resource Manager position requires strong analytic and strategic skills, organization and attention to detail, problem-solving and team management skills in addition to a fundamental understanding of marketing and marketing technology.

Job Summary

The overall goal of the Client Attraction Resource Manager is to provide a consistent, reliable and cost effective flow of client opportunities for our agents to convert in order to reach their sales goals. This role will manage DKG's lead generation and client communications efforts to ensure we are providing and maximizing new client opportunities and overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize our lead generation pillars to ensure that desired quantity and quality of leads are coming in and converting.
Serve as liaison to the agent sales team in support of their resource needs.
Manage a team of marketing staff (currently a videographer and website/graphics resource) to achieve goals.

Success Criteria

Generate the target number of leads per agent per month within budget
Submit weekly tracking spreadsheet of leads by source, cost per lead and revenue by source, overall web traffic and other metrics.
Maintain 85% of higher percentage of incoming leads properly assigned and put on respective CRM follow up plans
Manage direct reports to 85% to goal on their respective outcomes in support of above goals
Maintain a "promoter" score from agent team on degree to which their needs are supported
Contribute to a positive client net promoter score through effectively designed client communication programs

Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing required, prior team management experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Strong data and reporting mindset.
Proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets as well as basic CRM technology
Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to attend and assist with occasional marketing events on nights and weekends
