Letter from the Seller

We have loved living here for many reasons. We have really friendly neighbors, driveway get togethers, organizing together for neighborhood yard sales. Our neighborhood is also close to downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park.  We love going to the AFI for funky movies or Majestic theater for more traditional ones. There are so many great places to eat and shop. We are three houses away from the little woods that has a park in it and it has a short cut to Giant and the Long Branch Library. Very close by, Oak View Elementary School has a park that you can take your kids up to not far from home. The other great park for kids a little farther walking distance is Fire Engine Park. The neighborhood has an annual Halloween Parade that starts at this park, complete with police horses leading the way! Our next door neighbor has a beautiful tree that blooms every spring with the prettiest light pink flowers. Our lawn is perfect for a sprinkler and picnics, which delighted our children for years. We renovated our house in 2015 and created as much window space as we could so you can see into the new garden oasis. I have loved drinking my coffee and seeing nature wake up every morning with me in this space. We hope you enjoy living here as much as we have.
